First may I say what a fantastic holiday we had at the resort !! it was everything that the site portrayed and I must say that I shall reccommend Riverside to anybody.

You and the staff are helpful, friendly, efficient and could not do more to make our stay one of the most pleasent that my wife and I have ever experienced and will certainly come back many more times over the coming years (we hope)

We all got back safely.

We would wish you to convey to all of the staff how much we enjoyed our time in the restaurant they were kind attentive and efficient at all times and to all the pool bar staff who were really brilliant.

Dear Ali

I really must write and thank you for the wonderful holiday my family and I have just enjoyed. The flight arrangements were first class, and it was very good to find your driver waiting for us when we arrived. Reception were very friendly and helpful, and we were soon all in the bar enjoying a welcome drink before bedtime.

The accommodation arrangement you suggested of 2 1-bedded villas worked very well, and the setting in your beautiful surrounding gardens was wonderful; the children were able to go about on their own quite safely and really enjoyed the 2 pools.

The other facility we enjoyed was the courtesy bus; we did not have a driver so we used it to go into Girne and also to get to the beach. We also did trips further afield using a combination of your bus and dolmus and taxi.

We found alll your staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful, particularly in Reception and the Restaurant.
